1. Definitions

2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made with accurate and complete information (names, IDs, contact details, travel dates, etc.).
- A deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm a booking; full payment must be completed by the deadline communicated.

- Prices are subject to availability and supplier confirmation and may change if suppliers revise costs before booking confirmation.
- Airlines tickets once issued are Non Refundable.
- Advance token amount given for booking of land package will be forfeited
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Time Before Travel Date
* If cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure, 20% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
* If cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, 40% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
* If cancellation is made 30 to 14 days prior to departure, 70% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
* If cancellation is made 14 to 05 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
* In case passenger is No Show at the time of Departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
4. By Company / Supplier
- If a supplier cancels or modifies a service (hotel, transport, activity), we will notify you immediately and propose alternatives.
- If no suitable alternative is available, we will refund amounts paid for that service after deducting supplier cancellation fees.
5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
- Events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) may affect travel.
- Refunds / credits will be processed as per supplier policies. We will assist in claiming refunds but cannot guarantee full reimbursement.
6. Amendments / Changes to Booking
- Change requests (dates, guest count, itinerary modifications) must be submitted at least 15 days prior to travel.
- Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
- Any additional costs (fare difference, supplier fees, taxes, admin charges) will be borne by the client.
- No changes possible within 10 days of travel unless exceptional arrangements are approved with extra charges.
7. Supplier Liability & Disclaimer

- We cannot be held responsible for acts, delays, defaults, cancellations, accidents, or omissions by suppliers.
- We are not liable for injury, theft, loss, delay, missed connections, or any event beyond our direct control.
- Clients are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, compliance with local laws, and entry requirements.
8. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the same payment method used for booking.
- Refund processing begins after supplier confirmation and may take 14–30 working days.

9. Travel Insurance (Recommended)
- Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or unforeseen events is strongly recommended.
- Insurance costs are borne by the client.
10. Client Responsibilities & Conduct
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely information.
- Communicate cancellations, amendments, or complaints in writing.
- Respect local laws, hotel and transport rules, and cultural norms.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- All bookings and agreements are governed by the laws of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
- Disputes should first be attempted to resolve via mediation.
