1. General Refund Policy

  • All refunds are processed only after receiving a written cancellation request from the customer.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment used during booking.
  • If the booking includes third-party services (hotels, flights, transport), the refund amount depends on their policies, and we can refund only what we receive from them.
  • Processing fees, administrative fees, and taxes may be non-refundable.
  • Refunds for partially utilized services, early check-outs, unused nights, or missed activities will not be provided.
  • In case of any dispute, the company’s decision will be final and binding.

2. Cancellation Charges

 For Tour Packages / Hotels / Transport Bookings

*  If cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure, 20% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

*  If cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, 40% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

*  If cancellation is made 30 to 14 days prior to departure, 70% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

* If cancellation is made 14 to 05 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

*  In case passenger is No Show at the time of Departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modifications. You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payble at the time of filing the return of Income. 

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following components are strictly non-refundable:

  • Booking / Service / Convenience Fees
  • GST or any Government Taxes
  • Non-refundable hotel, airline, or transport deposits
  • Third-party vendor cancellation penalties
  • Peak season, holiday, or promotional bookings
  • Visa fees, travel insurance, or documentation charges
  • Airlines tickets once issued are Non Refundable.

Any supplier penalties must be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 14–30 working days after approval.
  • Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
  • Refund status can be checked by contacting customer support.

5. Date Change / Amendment Policy

  • Date changes are subject to availability and approval from hotels/airlines/vendors.
  • Fare difference or price increase must be paid by the customer.
  • Some bookings may not allow modifications.

6. Unused Services Policy

No refund will be issued for:

  • Unused hotel nights
  • Missed meals or sightseeing
  • Partially completed tours
  • Unused transportation or activities

7. Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events

In case of events beyond our control—such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest, strikes, or riots
  • Transport shutdowns
  • Government-imposed restrictions
  • Pandemic or health emergencies

Refunds will depend entirely on supplier/vendor policies.
We can issue refunds only after receiving the refund from the suppliers.

8. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Baggage loss
  • Flight delays or disruptions

Insurance helps reduce financial loss during unexpected events.
